Crossing the Rainbow Bridge

Just like humans, animals cross over to another plane when they pass away. It’s a place with no suffering, pain, anger, or sadness. While we all go to a better place, there are also things you can do to help your animal transition into the next stage. They may also reunite with their humans once they too have passed, before crossing the rainbow bridge into heaven together. The end of life on earth is simply only the beginning.

While we are never happy to see our loved ones go, there are ways you can help your pet or beloved animal transition into the next life with ease and grace. First, know that your animal can hear and feel your sincere interpersonal emotions. By telling your animal friend how much you care about them and having others around to do the same, it will help with the animal’s emotions, energy, and overall passing. Give the animal a comfortable place with soothing sounds, and provide gentle affection. You can also take quiet moments to be alone with your animal in private and share positive energy. These moments of tranquil animal healing are also a good time to ask if your animal has any messages for you and be open to whatever you receive back intuitively. The important thing to remember is that this is the animal’s journey. Try not to go in with any expectations and allow the animal to pass in its own way.

But what happens when an animal crosses over? An animal will first enter a calm, dark place of rest and healing where all of the stress and pain of life softly lifts away. All injuries are healed so that the animal may relax and have fun forever more in the afterlife. Animals run and play together in perfect harmony in meadows where there is always enough food and toys for everyone and no pain or discomfort. If the animal was very close to particular humans in its life, it will wait in the meadows until the day when its humans finally arrive. Once they reunite, the animal and its humans will cross the rainbow bridge to heaven together. If the animal was not close to humans, it will cross with other animals. In this article, we will focus on pets, but the same things apply to all animals. In heaven, the humans and their animals can pick a perfect place to live together for the afterlife. It may even be identical to somewhere familiar from life. In this place, the creature comforts that the animal enjoyed in life will be present. Toys, soft beds and blankets, balls being thrown, and bunnies to chase; anything the animal loved to do in life will be there in abundance. If the animal had fun playing in water, there will be plenty of water to jump and swim in. Conversely, if the animal didn’t like playing in water, there probably won’t be. Same with areas of dirt and anything the dog might’ve enjoyed playing with in the yard. Regardless of what the animal needs, one thing is for sure. The animal will have unlimited plains and meadows to run and play endlessly in.

We make many different kinds of bonds with all kinds of animals throughout our lives. Whatever the case, if you provide love and support to your animal in its passing, it will reward you tenfold with love and be there waiting for you to cross the rainbow bridge together. You will get to spend the afterlife with the warmth of someone who loved you unconditionally, and your eternity will be everything you deserve it to be.
